How do I make a purchase?

Browse our product collection, read the details, and add items to your cart. When you're ready, head to checkout and follow the simple steps — we accept PayPal and all major credit cards. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your order details and estimated delivery window. Then just sit back and wait for your package to arrive.

Is online payment on ganodermatown.com secure?

Yes — completely. All payments are processed through PayPal's secure payment gateway, one of the most trusted online payment platforms in the world. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Every transaction is encrypted using 256-bit SSL encryption, and PayPal's own Buyer Protection covers eligible purchases. You can pay with a credit card, debit card, or directly from your PayPal balance — whichever you prefer.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • US, Canada, UK: 7–12 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 12–18 business days
  • Other regions: 10–20 business days

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey in real time.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If an item doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, or is significantly different from the description, you're eligible for a full refund or an exchange.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

Product availability is updated in real time on our website. If an item shows as "In Stock," it's ready to ship. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll clearly indicate the expected restock date, and you can leave your email to be notified as soon as it's available again.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. All international orders are sent via tracked courier (UPS, DHL, or EMS) and include a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Please note: Some destinations have specific import regulations for nutritional supplements. We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering to avoid delays at customs. If you're unsure, contact us before placing your order.

We currently do not ship to countries subject to active international trade restrictions. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we'll see what options are available.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal (including PayPal balance, credit card, and bank transfer) for all orders. PayPal Buyer Protection is included with your purchase at no extra cost.

Are your products organic?

Our Ganoderma products are sourced from certified organic cultivation bases and undergo independent third-party laboratory testing for purity, heavy metals, and active compound levels.
